I lost weight prior to starting mfp and all together have lost over 50 pounds eating 1200 calories a day. The past 3 months I have been stalled, losing and gaining the same 2-3 pounds. So....I am ready for a change. My BMR is 1488 and TDEE is 2307 so what should my calories be per day? Thanks in advance for any help, I am so ready for a change!!

Start here, Make your goal 15% reduction and pick your exercise.
Eat at the 15% cut unless you are doing a reset. Read the locked boards there is so much information there!
