I switched back to Level 1 today :shame: I felt like I was doing more panting than working out in Level 2 so I am just not ready to move on to it yet. I think I will try again after another week of Level 1.

Started Level 2 today. Holy Carp! That was tough. And my arms hurt.

just about to do level 2 today.im worried lol but my stats look good from level 1 to now
weight 126lb now 127lb..1lb on thats okm ive heard that people have been putting wieght on
arms 10 inchs same
thigh 20 inchs same
upper waist 28 inches 27 inches 1 off
lower waist 35 inches 32 inches 3 off yay
hips 37 inches smae
bust 37 inches same
so 4 inches off already0 -
I took a day off yesterday. I was out of town from 11-7:30, my kids stayed up late, and I just plain didn't feel like it, haha. I'll get back on track today!
Edit: and that's the first day off since the 4th, so not bad!0
