Hi folks! I really want to do this the right way, but since I tend to be a chronic over-estimator, I thought I'd get your opinion on my current activity level.

At least 5 days a week, I work out (either walk or do C5K/ more walking and body weight exercises) about 2 hours (I walk to the park and back to my apartment, so that figures into the time). According to the scooby scale, does that put me at strenuous exercise?

Thanks so much!

Yes...If you are walking at least 2hrs/day it does sound like the right level to me...May even be the next one up which is 7hrs and up...Depending on what others say but you could use an average of the 2 levels and make your numbers in between the two....I use an average between light and moderate for me....So it can be done...Hope this helps out some!! :)

Are you saying that you walk 2hrs/day 5dys/week??? Just wanted to clarify that...So yeah, 10hrs/wk of exercise could have you up the next level...

The only problem with this is that in 2 weeks this won't be the case ... when I move back to the states, I'll be walking less and that will cut into my activity level. So I may just hang out here for the next two weeks and readjust when I'm back in Cail.

So, now I'm debating going up another level in activity. I exercise for at least 2 hours Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but I burn nearly 2500-3000 calories a day (depending on whether it's an exercise day or not just walking around the city.

Only thing is that this will change in two weeks. Should I up my calories to 2400 for these two weeks and then lower them to 2100... or should I just stay consistent at 2100?
