- Jog 7 miles (a mile a day average, probably split into 2 or 3 runs, about 10-min mile pace) <-- this is my main goal.
- Walk 4 Miles (a one-mile walking break at work 4 out of 5 work days) <-- secondary goal
- 1 Bike Ride (any miles) <-- bonus goal0 -
Week 1 Goals:
- Jog 4 miles (split into a few runs on at about 11 min/mi pace)
- Walk/Slow Jog 3 miles (with my dog who is not a fan of going on jogs but in need of some exercise too!)

July 1, 12 mile bike ride. July 2, 5 mile run. Planning to do an easy walk tomorrow in prep for my first 10K on July 4th! I'm super stoked to be using MFP and to complete my 31 miles in July, while cheering everyone else on to do it! You CAN do it!0

I'm Out.
Sorry, gonna have to drop this challenge. My iPhone was stollen, I have no idea how far I'm running (yes, I know there are websites out there, I used to use USATF Map It, which I love, but I just don't have the time these days to track and map every run.) I'm still running a lot, and might meet my goal of 31 miles ran this month, but I am not keeping track anymore. Losing my iPhone has really hurt my tracking/logging.
I'm getting a new phone through my work, and will be back on track soon. Maybe I"ll set a new, personal, higher mileage goal for Aug.0
