I use to eat fewer calories the next day if I over ate...or I would eat over my calories to make up for undereating on the next day...but thats when I ate 1200 cal...what should I do now? b/c of last minute job interviews I was in my car driving from place to place and didn't have time to stop and eat and didn't have food to bring with me ...so last night I went to bed w/o netting my 1600 cal...do I not worry about it and eat normal the rest of the week or should I add 100 cal to my next few days?

I don't worry about it. I just move on unless I'm feeling a little more hungry, then I eat something extra.

I wouldn't worry about trying to atone for your past errors...lol. :) Just get back on track today! But that's just what I would do.
