Struggling to break 170

Hi All-
I know we're 170ish looking to move and that some have started with higher #s and are now in the 170s. 178 was my highest and I cannot seem to really break 170. Even with weeks of eating right and working out, the scale doesn't move south of 170. Anyone with a 'breaking 170 issue'? Tips or tricks on how to push through plateaus?
Thanks!

My best advice it to switch it up a bit whether it is exercise or calories. I know when I got close to goal I was zig zagging my calories. Maybe you could try that? Or try a different exercise. Just keep pushing through. I need to follow the same advice..lol.0

Just keep doing something. Everyone is different. I tend to sit at a number for a very long time (1-2-3 weeks) and then slowly drop. If you are consistent and serious the inches are coming off. Take pictures because even inches aren't taken at exactly the same spot every time...and well back fat never seems to be measured properly. The pictures will show your improvement0
