I suuuuck today. I had a dr. pepper and way too many paleo pucks (paleoparents.com). I want a cupcake with lots and lots of icing. geeez. I went over my carbs (obviously). We did a strength WOD this morning so I guess I went over my cals too. I have been slacking lately...bad.

I'm not sure what a paleo puck is, but when I have an off day, I take a long evening walk (often with family/friends for company), go to bed, and start over again the next day. My impending stomach ache usually reminds me why I want to eat paleo and stay away from junk!0

Dont dwell on the choices you have already made and cannot do anything about (...still telling my self this after two nights ago had creamy havarti cheese sandwich on seed grainy yummy bread!!!) All you can do is make the next choice a good one and drink more water as pennance
Some days you can totally rock paleo! Others can be a challenge, just keep going forward!
BTW-- Sammich was AWESOME!!.....not so much a few hours later:embarassed:0 -
I had an ice cream cone Sunday. Spent Sunday night and Monday regretting that decision. Definitely learning from the error of my ways.0

Yeah, I've had approximately 2 gallons of cheese since Saturday. My stomach hates me. Start over tomorrow. That's what I'm gonna do.0

Glad to now Im not alone This is the en of my 30 days detox and I have struggled today i ate a bite of cake! and wanted to munch into a big cookie in the freezer but instead my friend told me to put a handful of almonds and a handful of unsweetened shredded coconut into the blender until ins powdered, then I melted 2 blocks of 85% godiva chocolate and a tsp honey mixed it up til it was in balls and put them in the fridge to harden. Delicious and a much better "cheat". These hormones are really rockin this week! I hope it subsides soon. feel free to add me0
