Ok - I only weigh once a week on Wednesday - last Wednesday (13th) I had gained .6 lbs. I didn't freak out because I had just upped my cals from 1600 to 1700 that past week. But this week I gained 3 lbs! I was irritated and mad - but still stayed on plan and did everything as normal.
But because I tend to be psycho about this and want to overanalyze everything - I thought of something. We have the Withings scale - which if you aren't familiar with it - when it shows you your weight it also gives you the lbs of fat you have. Now - I don't know how accurate it is - but the fat lbs stayed the same (or maybe went down .1 or .2 I'm not really sure) - even with the gain of 3 lbs. Now - am I reaching - or did I maybe gain some muscle? If it isn't fat - is the scale registering it as muscle?
I am doing Stage 1 of NROL4W. I just completed workout 7B on Monday and will complete Stage 1 on Saturday.
Thank you!
Sherry

Read the stickies "The dreaded scale" and "upping your calories, what to expect..." that should clear things up0
