I just got Insanity and I want to start it ASAP since I go back to college in the middle of August for Marching Band Camp which means I'll miss a couple weeks but I'm hoping by then I'll have good results ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
My question is that do I HAVE TO start it on a monday? or can I just start it tomorrow and take it as every start of the week a thursday? Would it be easier to just wait a couple days?

It just says Day 1, so day 1 is whenever you want day 1 to be. I usually try to set programs up so the rest day falls on the day I want it to.0

ok because i put the calendar poster up and it started on a monday but I started it today0
