Ok so I followed directions and went to scoobys workshop to enter my numbers. I'm 24 yrs old 5"4 inches tall (64 inches) and 185 pound female I workout 3-5 days a week anywhere my 30-50 min so I chose moderate..My BMR is 1642, my TDEE says 2545..I did a 20% cut below my TDEE which was 2036...are these numbers correct am I really supposed to net this much food in a day and not go below my
BMR??? Seems like a lot!

  • That is really not a lot, it is a good healthy amount. Don't be scared :) just fyi I eat 2600+ exercise and maybe have a deficit of 200-350 a day.

That number you got includes exercise (unlike the number that MFP gives you) so you don't have to worry about eating back the calories. :-)

    Happy eating!

Yep, that's the amount you are supposed to eat.

    Enjoy:)

Might be hard in the beginning but your body will get used to be fed :)
