I have been following quite a strict 1200 calories a day (net calories when exercising adding them on and eating them!) and have now plateaued which is par for the course as I have done much research today to back this up. I have read up on TDEE and BMR and calculated mine as 2024. Where do I go from here? what should I do to kick start further weight loss and ensure that I maintain the loss so far in a more healthy and manageable way? Current weight 142 pounds lost so far 18 pounds.
