First week of Workouts 7&8

Just completed my first week of workouts 7&8! After the first time of doing 7 I was sore for 3 days so I was a little surprised that the second time I did 7&8 I wasn't sore at all. Wondering if I didn't do it right the second time around lol!

Don't worry, that is your body just accepting you are getting stronger. That is awesome, as long as you aren't half assing it (and only you know how hard you worked) just accept that your body is getting used to the grind and recovering quickly and adjusting quickly. Of course, there is always an up button...0

Ok you all have me solidly freaked out about workout 7. I am going to give myself three weeks to finish that level lmao!0

I wasn't sore after my first WO7, but tonight is attempt #2 so we'll see. Circuit 1 is the first time in this whole thing that I have wanted to smack her in the face, but once it's over I'm so glad the rest isn't too bad.0
