Last week's doctor's visit showed me at a 5.3 A1C!!!! I am hoping to keep it there now and continue on this journey to better health.

Thanks to all of you for your comments and support during this difficult time in my life. It has meant a lot to me.

    Awesome job! Keep doing what got you there and you should be able to keep it there.

    I get my next one in 2 weeks. Hoping I was able to maintain mine (5.1) over the last six months.

    That is really, really awesome!! Mine is at 5.8 for the last 6 months...wish I could get it a bit lower :)

    I got my results last week 5.8%, down from 9.1% on 10/11. My results were still flag as too high, need to get to 5.6% or less to make the normal catagory.

    My A1C has been 5.9 for 1year, i lost 83#. I go to the doc every 6months each time Ive lost weight but my A1C remain the same:(. Help!!!!

    Congrats! I am just starting this journey. I have flip flopping between 6.9 and 7.5. I have all the tools I just need to put them in place. Seeing how well others like yourself have done is great motivation... I can control this thing.
