OK.. Another Reset Question..How do you know if you need to

So today makes 1 week that I have been EM2WL and I jumped right in last week doing a TDEE minus 15 % cut. I've been on MFP for the past 30 days and have been following Weight Watchers for the past 5 months. I was a follow the plan (29 points, I don't know what these calories equate to) and then occassionally exceed my points on the weekends or at the end of the day. I have lost 11 pounds since January.

How do you know if you need to do a reset. I haven't lost any weight for my first week. I know that this is lifestyle and I'm happy i'm not starving myself anymore, I just don't want to jump in and then not benefit. I am working out (lifting and some cardio) should I wait a couple of weeks to see if my metabolism is OK?
