Hi! I am Katie. I thought i would tell you about myself. In january I weighed 220 pounds. I am not at 191 pounds. I have underate for the longest time usually eating 1,000-1100 calories. and I would do either one of two things eat from emotion or I don't eat and shut down. I heard about eat more to weigh less and thought this would help me. I am not sure really what to do or where to start. I underate for a long time. ready to prepare tomorrow:)
