I started JMBR this morning. I am not following her meal plan as it is too expensive. I will just continue to log on MFP. I am 5'3" CW150 | GW 130. I did workout 1 this morning and found it midly challenging. I say that because I have done Ripped in 30 and 30 Day Shred, so I know what Jillian is capable of. I will complete the Cardio 1 when I get off work this evening. After today, I plan to do the two workouts back to back due to my strange schedule and I like to knock my workouts out in one swoop. I am really looking forward to this program and hoping it will carry me through the rest of my journey.

Well, I decided not to do the two a days. Life is just to busy right now, so I'll continue the program the way it is described. I did
Workout 2 this morning which focuses on the back. Again, I felt it was fairly easy and my heart rate stayed fairly low through out the entire workout. I have to leave tomorrow morning early for a family reunion, so I will have to get Cardio 1 in tonight before I go to bed. I have a little soreness on my arms and chest from the push ups yesterday.0
