HELP!

I need help! ): I was 1061 over my allotted calories today!!! A bunch of times, I would be done or almost done my calories at 4pm, and then I just waited to eat until the morning. The other day, I decided I would just eat something healthy and press reset in the morning, and I did the same thing today, and ate some noodles, but then my son was making his chip cookies for a swim team party, and I didn't even count how many I ate. I felt yucky with all the sugar, and I feel yucky for way overeating! Please pray that I can press "Reset" and stay under goal tomorrow.

Also, my spine has taken two days to recover from my last exercise session, and I'm bummed at not having the joing power to do what my muscles need so badly.

AND the kids have been sick one by one...
