I feel so good for sticking it out for a week! I definitely see an improvement of how much I can keep up with the videos on the last day compared to first couple of days. I would be curious to hear at which point people starting seeing the biggest changes in fitness level and body composition.
I was sad to learn I actually gained weight in the first week after starting Insanity.
I would appreciate it if someone could look at my diary and let me know if I'm on the right track since diet is so important for this program (or anything really).

162 lb
BMR about 1500
Sedetary TDEE about 1700

I opened up sodium. I think it's acceptable based on MFP targets. I've always struggled with fats, how many mg of fats do you guys set?0 -
mine are set 55%carb/30%protein/15%fat0

As for the diet part, the nutrition book for the workout recommends 40% carb, 40% protein, 20% fat. Make sure that you're sticking with good carbs and even good fats like avacado, nuts, etc.0
