Determining activity level based on calorie burns?

I have my activity level set to light on Scooby, 1-3 hours of light exercise. However.....I am still...uh....large, so my calorie burns are pretty darn high according to my HRM (and fairly accurate because I used several online calorie burn calculators to compare). I can easily blow through 500 cals in 30 minutes.........this puts me below {approx. -350} my BMR. Should I, at least until my burns start to drop, up myself to the next activity level? I was intending to do five 25{300 cal burn} - 32{500 cal burn} minute cardio sessions a week for right now.

I have to set myself at a higher activity level than I actually do every week because I burn so much running around like a crazy person every day. I'm set at 5-6hrs a week of strenuous exercise when I only do maybe 4hrs per week. That puts my TDEE at 2900 (which is more accurate) rather than 2600 my "actual" activity level if you go by hours. On the days when I do exercise I burn between 2800-3000+ calories. When I start my TDEE cut, I am definitely going with the higher amount so I can exercise as much as I want. I may need to up it if I add any more activity. I would suggest upping yours to better reflect your TDEE!
