Katie's first two days

I began eat more to weigh less yesterday two days in. lost 5 pounds:) I am getting up a lot earlier and feeling very energized. the strerngth training is going wonderfully.

    Hi My first week I lost one pound, 2nd week a pound and a half, then I gained the third week, but i am back on track after that. So if you happen to gain, don't get discouraged, it will correct itself. I have lost 8.5 pounds after I started eating at BMR so rest assured - it does work!
