not making TDEE cut on workout days??

Ok, so I calculated my TDEE based on working out 3-5 days per week and I got 2130 cals per day with -15%. My BMR is 1609 so that is over 500 cals that I am eating based on my workouts. What if one of my 4 workouts has me at less that 500 cals burned? I burned 360 doing yoga last night.

Today I burned 600, can I just ignore the extra 80 cals to make up for yesterday?
