HELP ME! 7 day kickstart your metabolism

I begin my JMBR this Monday June 25 and in reading my meal options for lunches I'm screwed. I don't eat seafood and 2 of the 3 options for lunch are seafood. The chef sald has tuna and the other option was grilled Salmon. Are there subsitutions for proteins that I could use with out messing up the program??? Please help....

    If you substitute lean protein you should be okay. Skinless chicken works instead of seafood. As long as you don't substitute a cheeseburger for the seafood, you should be fine.

    Grilled chicken and hard boiled eggs are a great option. Make them ahead and have them in the fridge so you have them any time you need them.
