Carbs...How many do you eat per day?

I'm somewhere between 90-140 with most days around 110. I run and do a lot of endurance cardio (I know...not primal or paleo but I love it!). I find if I eat less my muscles can't recover. I also eat mostly veggies with very little fruit.0

I have my diary set to 53, but I try to eat less than that. I'm trying to limit fruit since I think thats whats holding me back0

I try to stay under 50, but on CrossFit days I usually eat a sweet potato post workout so that usually bumps me up over 50.0

around 50-100. I have a serving or two of fruit (or dried fruit) The rest comes from veggies.0
