I decided to just DO IT! And I started today. Quick question. Do you do the first two workouts of Stage 1 back and forth for 8 weeks before you move onto another workout? That just seems like I long time for 2 sets of moves. Also, I'm a Bodypump instructor, so using weights is something I'm used to (just not HEAVY lifting). Do I have to do the stages for 8 weeks each or can I move a little faster? I'm a little confused about the rhythm of these workouts. Thanks!!!

Yeah, you do 8 of both Stage 1 workouts - so it can be six weeks. Stage 1 is the longest stage, the rest are about 3 weeks, except for the last, so they should fly by pretty quickly.
Personally, I think stage 1 is pretty delightful and gives you time to make great strength gains on the most important compound lifts, so I'd try to hang with it as long as you can before you go crazy.0 -
DAy 1: Workout a
Day 2: Rest
DAy 3: workout B
Day 4: rest
Day 5: workout A
Day 6: rest
Day 7: Workout B
and so on until you have finished 8 times of both A and B.0
