Great work today! Today we did our weigh-ins, so now it's officially on! We will weigh in every Monday which is by design to give you a reason not to lose your minds over the weekends, like I do at times :-). To get the most accurate count of your EXTRA calories burned from working out, don't forget to subtract your normal calories burned from your workout totals (80/hour for guys and 60/hour for gals). Let's keep each other motivated and get the chatter up on the news feed. We need to use this tool to help us reach our goals and to push the competition for the great prize at the end (notwithstanding how great we're all going to look and feel!).
Wednesday is cardio day, so come prepared to run. I'm checking into Westlake High again, so be on the lookout for another communication in case I'm able to find a way to get into the stadium. If you don't hear from me, we'll meet at the clubhouse as usual. Come prepared with your motivation, and no non-standard equipment will be needed.
