Your workout.

I was wondering what you all did for your workout. I myself have command PT on Monday and Wedesday and FEP on Tuesday and Thursdays. I also do about an hour on the eliptical and bike and have recently started swimming again. I also do Physical therapy, which is more physical then therapy, for my knees and shoulder. That and I continue to use MFP app to watch my diet and I have lost over 25 lbs in 2 months. I am hoping to continue my sucess with this and lose even more! So what do you do?
