Hello ladies! Here we go....
1). Your goal
I am 5'-8" and currently around 150. I would like to get down to 140 for a destination wedding my husband and I are attending in November.
2). Your pledge of what you will do differently to achieve that goal
I pledge to exercise every day and increase the amount of water I'm drinking. I will also continue to monitor my foods and eat healthier.
3). Problems you expect to have, or are currently having
Well, I guess my biggest problem is being a mom. Finding the time to exercise is very difficult. Since I go to work early, the kids have to go to school early which means bed early. Its hard for me to get up earlier than I am and I don't want to go to the gym after work because workouts last a couple of hours and it seems like I don't have any quality time with the kids. Go to gym, go home cook dinner, get kids in shower then it bedtime. So I think that is my biggest struggle.
Any advice or suggestions on how to address my issues, I'd really appreciate it.
