Simple before bed creation to fight off late night hunger, help with recovery from hard workouts and a nice treat to end the day with!

Portions are set at what I use....adjust as needed.

3 scoops cake batter muscle milk protein
1 cup unsweet almond milk
50g frozen blueberries or 160g frozen strawberries

mix well, let sit in freezer for 2 hours. pull out and enjoy!
