    Way to own it and good for you!! You are doing great so far and I hope you keep it up. Another thought is if "eating more" than what you are right now seems too overwhelming, consider reducing some of the exercise (without reducing cals!!!). Being able to let go of the guilt on a rest day is just as important as letting go of the guilt when you eat. It's all related. Thanks for sharing...

    I know you're right, and maybe I will one day...but I'm definitely not there yet. It's hard enough to let go on my rest days. I can't imagine working out less on my non-rest days...yet.
