Protein?

Hi guys. Loving this whole eating more deal! I think my body is pretty happy with it as well. I have a quick protein question. At 2000 calories per day my protein is 150 grams. I weight 112 lbs. Is this too much protein for me or is it an adequate amount? Looking to lean down and build up muscle if that makes a difference Thanks all!

    Nope thats not too much at all. The only reason not to go over protein is if there are underlying medical concerns, but for 99% of people, excessive protein is a non-issue.

    Better to go over then under :)
