Someone please help me with this!

I am in the process of reevaluating my fitness plan. My weight has fluctuated constantly and I'm getting frustrated! The last couple of weeks I have been working out between 4-6 days a week, I've been Feeling tired and no energy the last couple of days, I know I need to adjust my calorie consumption since I am working out more, but I don't know what it should be. Here is what I have calculated, I'm wondering if I did this right. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Bmr: 1739
Tdee: 2695
I workout 4-6 times a week (burning 400-700 cals each time)

I got I should be eating a total of 2291 calories a day (not eat back exercise cals)
Or a net of 1739 (bmr) if I do eat subtract my exercise cals and eat them back.
Also if I burn over 552 calories when exercising I should eat those extra calories.

Is this right?

    After upping your cals, if you still feel yucky then eat a little more. You have been doing killer workouts lately.
