Update on how it is going...

I am getting close to 60 pounds lost since February. It is of course coming slower now, but I am finding that other aspects of my health are improving. My breathing is SOOOO much easier. I can play with my kids! I can keep up with co-workers on our break walks. I had to clean out my closets because my clothes would not stay on me! I started C25K program on May 1st. At that point I was unable to run a full minute. Tonight, I ran 25 minutes straight after a 5 minute warm up and after my run I walked a 6 minute cool down. I feel awesome and like I can conquer my demons tonight. How are you all doing???
