Just curious: How often do you weigh in? If it's more than once a week, does it help you keep yourself on track?

I started my journey on June 11th which was a Tuesday, so I weigh in every week on Tuesday...it gives me something to look forward to. I do it first thing in the morning when I get up and that way I know my true weight and don't get the depression of the fluctuation your body naturally goes through day to day.0

I weigh in once a week at my TOPS meeting. I can't do everyday...it would drive me more crazy than I already am! :laugh:0

I found that if I weigh myself once a week I tend to put things off. Oh I can have this cake , I'll just work harder tomorrow. Now I weigh myself every morning but I cut myself some slack for water weight changes. The idea of stepping on the scale tomorrow, makes me eat better today.0

I just weigh in every time I go to the DRs.....which is pretty often, as I have diabetes, and see a diabetic nurse on a regular basis. But it varies depending if I am seeing any other DR, so at least once every three weeks, but sometimes, like this month, weekly......0

I like to weigh in every day, first thing in the morning as well. It holds me accountable and gives me daily feedback about what worked or didn't work the day before.0
