I just recently cut back on cardio and started lifting more and heavier weights how long before I start to see results?

It's different for everyone in terms of physical results but you will see increases in strength almost right away.
I lot a pants size in the first month.0 -
Everyone really is different. I started lifting at the end of March. After about 6 weeks I dropped one pants size. After another 6 weeks I dropped another pants size. Now people are noticing how great my arms, back, butt, and legs are looking. I'm also a lot stronger:
Chest press end of march: 24 lbs and now I do 75 lbs
Shoulder press end of march: 16 lbs and now I do 60 lbs
Squat end of march: body weight and now I do body weight + 90 lbs
Standard pushups end of march: none and now I can do 19
Pull-ups end of march: 4 with 130 lb assist and now I can do 6 with 54 lb assist0
