Hi all!
So, I'm working my way through the info that's stickied here in preparation for making this change. And I have a question!
Instead of eating a number of calories that already accounts for my exercise, can I eat my sedentary cals + exercise cals every day?

Its not recommended, because of getting consistency. It is of course your choice but not what EM2LW recommends0
