W5D3 completed....a day early!

I got up and ran this morning with the goal of going 17 minutes straight in mind. And I went a full 20 minutes!! I got to where I did on Monday (actually a little past) and looked at my watch thinking I was close to the 17 minute goal mark, but I was only at 13:45 (which clearly means I went faster...which explains why it seemed harder than on Monday). So I made myself keep going and the next time I looked at my watch it was about 15:40...so I told myself to get to 17 and then I could walk. When I got to 17 I told myself "Okay...you can either go the last 3 minutes or you can walk and run another 10 minutes.". I chose to go the last 3 minutes! LOL
My goal for Friday now is to run the 20 minutes and either continue on longer or walk but add another 5-10 minute run after that.
