And went straight to W5D2. Didn't realize it until I was done and thought, "I'm supposed to have one more walk and one more run" So I guess 5 min run, 3 min walk would have been easier than 8 min run and 5 min walk. Yayyy! I did it anyway. So now what? Do I repeat W5D2 or do I just move to W5D3? I'm not scared of W5D3 now that I know how I wanted to run more after 8 minutes. I just need to lose myself and not focus on time :-)

Honestly if you feel comfortable enough, go on to day 3. I personally haven't been following the programmed as planned. I'm finding it a lot easier to run as long as I can without stopping instead of run/walk/run/walk. So, I'm TECHNICALLY on W5D2, but I ran for 20 minutes today. So...I say go with what you're comfortable with!0

If you don't want to jump to the 20 min straight away, you could do either W6D1 or W6D2, then back down to W5D3.
Week 6 Day 1 - 5 min run, 3 min walk, 8 min run, 3 min walk, 5 min run
Week 6 Day 2 - 10 min run, 3 min walk, 10 min run0
