logging workout

Just wondering what ppl log these workouts as, I just started so I am in the first week of burn.

Until my HRM gets here, I log my min. under circuit training just to get the number. Then I added Chalean Extreme to my list of exercises, and enter the min. worked out and number that was given to me under circuit training. Since she is so fast paced, I don't think logging under weight lifting allows for the amount of calories burned.0

Thanks for your info. I logged under calisthenics but I know its way off.. Im waiting for my Body Media to arrive and then will go from there.0

I just created my own under "cardio" since that allows you to use your HRM info if it shows time/calories burned.
Doing it under weight training was too hard since you're working so many different areas during the workout.0 -
I logged under circuit training until I got my HRM. I found the numbers pretty similar.0
