I've been hearing a lot about the Medifast Cookbook. Is it a good cookbook? Where do you get it...is it on the MF site?

    I haven't heard of one but would love to see some recipes! I am in my 4th week on program. Last week wasn't the best on Friday and Saturday but I am back on track now. I have lost a little over 16lbs in the first 3 weeks so I can't complain! I am feeling great and have been working out. I have had to adjust to a 4 & 2 plan due to my working out but I am still doing well! :)
