Find a person or friend who will workout and be healthy with you after all it's not all that fun going to dinner and you having a salad while you friend has deep fried chicken. If you don't have a friend that really need or wants to loose weight or doesn't have the same goals as you or if your just to embarresed to tell someone join a class such as a local bootcamp or sign up for gym membership or join any fitness group and meeet people that will motivate you.
