                    The key to success is to stick to you goal of eating healthy so here is a tip that will make you be successful at your goal.  So here is a tip if you have a sweet tooth like I do don't ruin your good progress eat one sweet thing on the seventh day dont be stingy with it though be smart get a candy bar that is normal size instead of to peieces of choclate eat a serving of that sweet something on the seventh day so once a week. That tips is the easiest.

            what about one or two pieces of something small everyday for dessert? Like 2 pieces of dark hersey, or an 80cal dark chocolate granola sqaure?0
