I know the word that you dred to hear but exersize is very important to healthy living and wieght loss. Find something you ove doing whether it be dancing, sports, running, jump rope, rock climbing, anything active and do that thing as often as you can for about an hour a day or until you swet if you swet at leasst once a day you on the right track to healthy wieght loss.
