-Each Sunday you will upload your Minutes walked for the week. (if you keep up distance you can aslo upload it)
(I will make a new group for each week titled "week 1, etc. etc."
-Each week I also need your weigh in (we all have different days so whatever day, just make sure I have it)
-If you don't report for 2 weeks I am removing you from the spreadsheet due to taking up space and slow upload.


I think that is all....I can't think right now!! haha!
