Repeating a week!!!

I just finished week 4, day 3 and I think I need to repeat this week. I got through it, but couldn't wait for it to be over. I guess I'm asking anyone if that is a sign to repeat or go on to the next week??

I think that if you are struggling than you should repeat a week I mean after all what will it hurt all it will do is build your endurance up even more :-) Listen to your body and do what you think is best, it might be fun to repeat the week and see if your time improves I always love competing with myself lol Good luck!! You can do this!!0
