Great run today Sweat Fiends! Also, good job to those who are burning your calories and sticking to your calorie goals. Our next weigh in on Monday will be here before you know it. Don't forget to drink at least half of your body weight in ounces daily, and to get in exercise to burn 500 - 700 (depending on your workout schedule) extra calories on our off days.

For Friday, please bring your kettle bells, jump ropes and your motivation!
