Heavy weekend - still lost

I have been eating over my BMR for 4 weeks now and have had good losses. This weekend we went away and I ate out the whole time and didn't track. We had TGI Fridays (including a shared cheesecake!), fish & chips and Indian takeaway. Usually the weigh in following a weekend like that would show a 2lb gain on the scales. This time though I LOST 0.75lbs! I'm sure it's because my body doesn;t feel starved so didn't hold on to everything like a sponge. So pleased. I LOVE this way of losing

That's awesome. I know the heavy weekend syndrome all too well, and the inevitable 2kg that follows the Monday after. Nice to know that when we treat our body well it gives us a bit of a break!0
