First of all, what does "In the process of ending a 7 year relationship" mean? Either you've ended the relationship or you haven't. If you haven't ended the relationship, what are you doing on an online dating site?
It's a long, complicated story that I don't wish to get into on a message board. Unless you're a potential date, I don't really owe it to you, either.0 -
This is my reasoning as well. I personally don't need an email saying "thanks but no thanks," I can take the hint. I assume other people can too. And maybe it's better for some people to assume that not everybody is a paying member so they can't respond to emails, or some other reason rather than getting rejected by everybody they send an email out to.I don't respond if I'm not interested. And no one has ever written a "sorry but I'm not interested" message back to me, either. I just figured that was the etiquette.0 -
Well, the guy who sent a photo and "hey" who said he's 36 and looks like he's 60 sent another message. This time no photo and just "hey."
Oy.
