Week 1 Day 2

Hello Folks, Yesterday I pushed myself through Day 2 not that it was all that hard on me it was just soooo hot when I did it and I chose a different track to run on and there was these highschool boys lapping me making comments about how slow I am so it was a little hard to find the motivation but I just cranked up my head phones and told myself soon enough I'd be lapping them lol
Anyway, heres my results for Week 1 Day 2 without Warmp Up or Cool Down:
OVerall Pace: 12:54
Distance: 1.43 miles
Time: 18:30
Fastest Interval: 9:12
Longest Interval: 0.11 miles
Calories: 176
My total mileage for the day was 8.5 miles including a walk during work break, C25k and a 5.2 mile hike. Needless to say I crashed hard last night!!

I finished Week 1 day 2 today I was so happy that i got through it. I had to push myself but i did it! I'm so happy!

Excellent, it does get easier, I was going to repeat week 2 this week, but been ill and not been able to do anything :-(0
