Ouch. I didn't want to run today but the girls at work talked me into it. It really hurt :(

But the hurtiness was due to a crazy exercise day yesterday where I pushed my body to the limit with non running activities.

I could work out what part I hated more - the walking which made my shins hurt or the running which made my body hurt or the fact my ipod kept putting on non good songs. Roll on Week 2

    Hi everyone,

    I completed Week 1 Day 3 today!! YAY!!

    Hope everyone is doing well with it. If anyone needs some support or encouragement feel free to friend me I have a long way to go and will probably be doing the C25K all over again once I complete it the 1st time.

    I still have around 110lbs to lose!
