Question on manually changing MFP goals

hi there,
newbie here to eating more...I'm manually changing my MFP calorie and macros goals, but I'm unsure if I should change it to my TDEE amount (2194) or to my BMR amount (1665)? I understand now (thanks to the wonderful people on this site), that I should eat at least 2194 cals (this includes my 15% cut) every day, even on rest days and I would only need to eat back exercise calories if I fall below my BMR.
Initially I had manually reset the calories on MFP to 1800, so I can add cals slowly, but now that I look at it with some of today's exercise thrown in...I don't know if I should do that??
thanks for your help, hopefully it's clear what I'm asking...

Personally, I have my daily goal set at my TDEE-15% cut and eat that amount everyday.
